Start your day at Balenbouche with an inspiring st lucia yoga and meditation class in our yoga barn, our tropical gardens, or our secluded beach. Our experienced yoga and meditation teacher is known for her gentle guidance, warm personality and ability to tailor her class to everybody’s needs. You can book a class, massage or other treatment with us as an individual session or as part of a 3 – 5 day package. Throughout the year we also host various workshops, exotic yoga retreats and other retreats and events.

Massages and Therapies
Through our network of professional teachers and therapists, we can arrange a wide range of different massages and other therapies such as Reiki, Reflexology, and Life Coaching. Most classes and treatments take place right here at Balenbouche and can also be booked as part of one of our 3 or 5 day exotic yoga retreats.
Delicious, whole and plant-based food is a large part of your well being and overall experience at Balenbouche. We offer breakfast every day and dinners 2-3 times a week. All meals are freshly prepared using largely local and organic ingredients, some grown on the estate. We can tailor our menu to your special needs if you let us know in advance, and also offer specific detox, weight loss and nutrition programs several times a year, often as part of our exotic yoga retreats. Nature Tours, Hiking and Fitness
Get active during your holiday and sign up for one of our guided Nature Tours, which incorporate fitness and meditation. Explore one of the many St. Lucia hiking trails, such as the Tet Paul Nature Trail which offers some of the most stunning views on the island, and the Descartiers Rainforest Trail. The more advanced can climb to the top of the Gros Piton and Petit Piton, 2619 ft/800 m and 2460 ft/750 m.
