Moringa is our newest premium accommodation offering 2 separate studio apartments on two separate floors. Please note that the option of sharing the building offers less privacy than staying in a one bedroom cottage, but for 2 couples, or for a family or friends traveling together, the separate floors offer more privacy and space than our open-plan 2 bedroom cottages (Almond and Banyan). The upstairs apartment offers a king sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and 2 verandas with beautiful garden and sunset views, one of the best features of this cottage.

The kitchenette is equipped with an under counter fridge, electric cook top, toaster oven, hot water kettle and french press. Floors are tiled throughout. Tall ceilings and concrete walls help to cool the building. The bedroom, though open to the tropical breeze, can be locked.

Moringa upstairs is ideal for a single person or friends traveling together. For couples wanting more privacy, our one bedroom cottages are best. With its modern architecture, amenities and decor, Moringa cottage has become our premium accommodation!

Please note that all our historic and newer accommodations are built in an eco-friendly, open and tropical style, with no window screens or air conditioning, only standing fans and mosquito nets. Balenbouche is best for adventurous travelers who are comfortable with the outdoors, do not require resort style amenities and are looking to experience true island life
