Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens,
Soufriere
This well-known st Lucia attraction offers a wide range of local
plants and includes a sulphurous waterfall, japanese garden, fountain,
and nature trail. The Mineral Baths were originally built in 1784,
just before the French revolution, with funds from King Louis XVI.
Adjacent to the historic baths are modern plunge pools where you can
bathe for an additional fee.

Mamiku Gardens, Micoud
The Historical Gardens of Madame de Micoud, set in 12 acres of natural
woodlands, offer a colorful variety of gardens, some tucked away in
the forest, including an orchid garden and medicinal herb garden.
An abundance of birds, butterflies and Tropical Flowers continually
surprise the visitor. A unique place of tranquility and beauty.

Fond Doux Estate, Soufriere
A colorful blend of flower gardens, fruit orchards, forest, cocoa
trees, spices and vegetable gardens. A choice of different trails
takes you around the formal estate gardens and working cocoa processing
buildings, or to the area which was once a stronghold of the st Lucia
French Republican Revolutionary Party, or up to a mountain ridge which
used to be a hide-out of the maroons (brigands).

Balenbouche Estate, Choiseul
Balenbouche is a historic sugar cane plantation, working farm, and
guesthouse surrounded by a mix of natural vegetation and landscaped
gardens shaded by many beautiful old banyan, mango and flamboyant
trees. Nature rails allow you to explore the 70 acre historic property,
which borders on the Balenbouche river and the Caribbean Sea. Discover

Toraille Waterfall & Gardens, Soufriere
Right along the scenic road which winds through the community of Fond
St. Jaques near Soufriere, a breathtaking waterfall gushes 50 feet
over a cliff side and cascades into a pool at the center of a garden
carved into the hillside. Several little trails lead you through the
quaint botanical gardens, filled with lush greens and dazzling colours.
